Spice to consider Cinven Proposal
The founder and former chief executive officer Simon Rigby of Spice expressed that an enhanced possible proposal from the private equity firm Cinven Ltd. Is a good deal towards the inclination point of view and must be considered by the board.

Spice to push hotspot chain in 7 metros
Across the main cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad handset manufacturer Spice Mobility plans to substantially increase the number of its Spice Hotspot-branded phone stores.
As all the seven cities offer the company with large markets for mobile handsets priced above Rs 3,000it has chosen the cities.
According to B K Modi the global chairman of the Spice Group they will have both self-owned mobile handset stores and franchisee-owned stores in these cities.
Spice Mobiles launches S-7000, partners Disney for content
Spice Mobiles has announced the launch of its new touchscreen handset S-7000 in the Indian market.
The S-7000 features a 3.2-inch WQVGA touchscreen display and digital surround sound. As for connectivity solutions it offers Bluetooth and also supports networking applications like Facebook and Nimbuzz.
The company is positioning the phone as a video phone and claims that it supports all video formats. The phone support RMVB, FLV, WMV, AVI, MP4, 3GP, MOV, DAT and RM video formats.
Spice Mobile Launches ‘D-6666’
Spice Mobile has announced the launch of its first flexi dual handset, D-6666.
The new mobile offers the flexibility to select between GSM+CDMA mode or GSM+GSM mode in a single phone.
The newly launched ‘D-6666’ will enable the users to easily switch between the pair of two GSM connections or a GSM and CDMA connection with the spice mobile technology without worrying about the technical complications.
