Punj Infrastructure received order from NHAI

Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Limited which is a subsidiary of Punj Lloyd has received an order of Rs. 735 crore. This huge order was given by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).

Punj Lloyd official has stated that, this order is given for implementing infrastructure development projects on behalf of NHAI.

SKIL Infrastructure to invest Rs 800 crore on open offer

SKIL Infrastructure, promoted by Nikhil Gandhi, will invest Rs 800 crore on the open offer after its decision to purchase the stake in Pipavav Shipyard from the Delhi-based infrastructure developer Punj Lloyd.

SKIL said that it will acquire 20% stake held by Punj Lloyd in Pipavav Shipyard for about at Rs 656 crore. This agreement is resulting in an open offer for another 20% stake valued at Rs 61.50 per share.

The sources said that Investment and Services Company has awarded the contracts to Sembawang Engineers and Constructors.

Punj Lloyd JV picks contract worth Rs 131.11 crore

Punj Lloyd Group, a diversified global conglomerate providing Engineering & Construction services in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Petrochemicals, in 60:40 joint venture with Public Works Company Tripoli has bagged a new contract worth Rs 131.11 crore for the execution of utilities in Souk Al Juma, Tripoli, Libya.

The project has been awarded by Housing and Infrastructure Board, which is scheduled for completion in 40 months.

India's Punj Lloyd bags contracts worth $238 millionIndian engineering and construction giant, Punj Lloyd has bagged two contracts worth $238 million on Wednesday. The company said in a filing at Bombay Stock Exchange that it has won infrastructure project in Libya and oil and gas contract from Cairn Energy India Ltd. Punj Lloyd would upgrade infrastructure of a township project worth Rs 1050 crore in Libya with the help of a local firm, Public Works Company Tripoli (PWCT).

Punj Lloyd bags Rs 150-cr order in Singapore

Punj Lloyd, a leading engineering and construction firm has announced that its Singapore-based wing has secured an order worth $44.7 million (about Rs 150 crore) from ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for engineering-related projects.

ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is one of Singapore's major foreign investors, operating the Singapore Refinery and Singapore Chemical Plant

According t the sources, the proposed order has been awarded for carrying out an engineering, procurement and construction contract for Jurong Strategic Study project in Singapore.

Punj Lloyd arm secures USD 22.48 million contract

Engineering major Punj Lloyd has announced that its Indonesian arm has pocketed an engineering, procurement and construction services contract worth Rs 2.24 crore of new fuel terminal at Pulau Laut, Kalimantan, Indonesia from PT Shell Indonesia.

In the profit and loss account, the company has registered a net profit of Rs 221 crore for the year ended March 2008, and Rs 84 crore for the quarter ended June 2008.

Punj Lloyd Secure $800 Million Contract From Qatar Petroleum

Infrastructure major Punj Lloyd has informed that it has been awarded an engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning contract worth USD800 million (about Rs 3,636 crore) by Qatar Petroleum. 

According to the sources, the proposed order has been bagged for laying 211 km pipeline with associated stations and infrastructure.

Punj Lloyd wins order worth Rs 1005 crore

Indian construction and engineering firm Punj Lloyd has received Rs1005 crore (US$261.25 million) contract from GVK Power  Limited, Hyderabad to work on the 2 X 270 MW Govindwal Sahib Coal Fired Thermal Power Project in Taran Taran District, Punjab.

This is the second order won by the company after the Rs 823 crore project from Rajasthan Vidhyut Utapadan Nigam, Jaipur for building up of 2x250 MW Chhabra Thermal Power Station, Rajasthan on EPC basis.

The scope of the project involves the Balance of Plant work (BOP) and entire Civil work on EPC basis.
