Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Limited which is a subsidiary of Punj Lloyd has received an order of Rs. 735 crore. This huge order was given by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
Punj Lloyd official has stated that, this order is given for implementing infrastructure development projects on behalf of NHAI.
SKIL Infrastructure, promoted by Nikhil Gandhi, will invest Rs 800 crore on the open offer after its decision to purchase the stake in Pipavav Shipyard from the Delhi-based infrastructure developer Punj Lloyd.
SKIL said that it will acquire 20% stake held by Punj Lloyd in Pipavav Shipyard for about at Rs 656 crore. This agreement is resulting in an open offer for another 20% stake valued at Rs 61.50 per share.
