Phoenix Hospitality inks long-term pact with Mariott International

Phoenix Hospitality, a part of the Phoenix Group, has signed a long-term agreement pact with Mariott International to set up hotels in Agra and Mumbai.

The company plans to spend Rs 320 crore on the setup of these hotels.

According to an official communiqué, the 300-room property in Mumbai will be developed by Graceworks Realty & Leisure, a company promoted by Phoenix Hospitality and HBS Realtors. The hotel will come up at Phoenix Market City, Kurla complex, which is under construction.

While the other hotel at Agra, with 165-rooms will be developed by Gangetic Hotels, a company promoted jointly with Phoenix Hospitality.

Both the hotels will run under the Mariott brand.
