Phenom intros watch phone with MP3 player, video cam

US-based Phenom Communications has announced the release of two most innovative watch phones christened SpecialOPS and Mi5. This newly introduced watch phones are powered by touchscreen and external keypad.

The watch phones have been enriched with 1.3-inch touchscreen LCD display functioning at high resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, MP3 &MP4 playback, built-in microphone and speakers, 130 pixels digital and video camera with T-flash, integrated Bluetooth and support for up to 256 MB Micro SD slot.

Along with some other goodies, the phone also supports MP3, MIDI and WAV files and JPG and GIF picture formats.

The Phenom SpecialOPS and Mi5 provide 2 hours of talktime and up to 120 hours of standby time. According to sources, both gadgets come bundled with data wire, battery, USB charger and a stylus.

The Phenom SpecialOPS watch phone is available at $395 (approx. Rs. 19,176), while the Mi5 watch phone is priced at $335 (approx. Rs. 16,264).

BMW introduces 3-Series Touring

Germany-based luxury car maker BMW recently took wraps off its fifth-generation 3 Series Touring, which is more spacious inside than ever before.

The all-new 2013 3 Series Touring sedan is longer than the predecessor by 97mm, and its height is 11mm more at 1429mm.

Its 50mm longer wheelbase than the previous Touring allows it to provide an extra 35 litres of storage with the rear seats up. With the seats folded down, the new vehicle promises 1500 litres of space in total.

The 2013 3 Series Touring will be available in a choice of three advanced, powerful, yet economic engines.
