Nokia rolls out Nokia 6600i in India
Nokia, the largest phone supplier in the world, has introduced a new slider phone the Nokia 6600i in India. The new phone, which is available in Black and Silver color, features a 2.2 inch color TFT screen, a five mega pixel camera with a double LED flash and auto focus with an 8X zoom.
Powered by a standard Li-Ion 1000 mAh (BL-4U) battery, Nokia 6600i is expected to provide a standby time of 348 hours and a four hour talk time.
The Phone’s storage space consists of 20MB internal memory which can be extended to 16 GB with the help of micro-SD card slot. The phone’s network connectivity can support 3G, EDGE, and GPRS, GSM, HSCSD networks.
Other than these features, it includes features such as FM radio, maps, accelerometer sensors, Bluetooth, and stereo headset.
Moreover, Nokia 6600i can support multi formats such as MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA and its video player can support 3GP and MPEG4 formats.
The Nokia 6600i which weighs only 110 gm is launched at an introductory price of Rs. 16000 only in India.
