Nokia launches 5800 XpressMusic in India at Rs 19,999

World’s largest mobile phone maker Nokia, has finally launched its very first “Touch Music” handset – the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic in the country.

The latest launched gizmo christened ‘Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’ comes with both, an on-screen alphanumeric keypad and a QWERTY keyboard. Other than this, it also includes a pen stylus.

The phone features all music essentials including stereo speakers with 3D surround sound effect, 3.5mm jack, support for all main digital music formats and ability to store over 6,000 tracks on the included 8 GB microSD card.

In addition, the buyer has the option to expand the memory capacity with the optional 16 GB microSD card.

Other entertainment features include a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeissoptics lens and dual-LED flash, built-in A-GPS, Nokia Maps etc. The phone supports 3G, HSDPA and WLAN connectivity.

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is available across all Nokia Priority dealers and other mobile outlets in India at a price tag worth Rs. 19,999.
