Mphasis completes acquisition AIG Systems Solution

Hewlett Packard (HP) controlled Mphasis has notified that it has completed the acquisition of AIG Systems Solutions (AIGSS), which was a part of Financial services major American International Group.

AIGSS is engaged across a variety of technology and applications domains, including CRM, Identity Management, Human Resources Management System, Content Management, Business Process Management, Quality Assurance, Testing and Portal Development.

Market experts believe that the acquisition of AIGSS will help Mphasis augment its capabilities for the insurance industry and offer domain solutions.

The stock of Mphasis today closed at Rs 664 on BSE. The counter has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 681 and Rs 655 respectively.
