Everest Kanto arm forms wholly owned subsidiary in Hungary

India's Everest Kanto Cylinder has informed that the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, EKC International FZE, Dubai has formed a wholly owned subsidiary in Hungary by the name of EKC Hungary Ltd.

Further EKC Hungary Ltd. has formed a wholly owned subsidiary in U.S.A. by the name of CP Industries Holdings, located in McKeesport, Pittsburgh, U.S.A.

CP Industries, which is a division of Reunion Industries Inc., manufactures and sells large seamless pressure vessels for the containment and transportation of pressurized gases and is a global leader in this business.

Together EKC Hungary Ltd and CP Industries Holdings, Inc shall be acquiring all the assets of CP Industries.

BMW introduces 3-Series Touring

Germany-based luxury car maker BMW recently took wraps off its fifth-generation 3 Series Touring, which is more spacious inside than ever before.

The all-new 2013 3 Series Touring sedan is longer than the predecessor by 97mm, and its height is 11mm more at 1429mm.

Its 50mm longer wheelbase than the previous Touring allows it to provide an extra 35 litres of storage with the rear seats up. With the seats folded down, the new vehicle promises 1500 litres of space in total.

The 2013 3 Series Touring will be available in a choice of three advanced, powerful, yet economic engines.
