Elecon Engineering bags various orders worth Rs 51.74 crore

Gujarat-based Elecon Engineering Company has informed that the company has secured three orders from reputed clients, valued at Rs 51.74 crore.

The scope of work involves design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, supplying, erecting and commissioning of material handling and other equipments.

The company has picked first the order worth Rs 15.50 crore from Techpro Systems, Chennai, under which it will supply one stacker bucket, one bucket wheel reclaimer and one lot drives for SAIL-RMD-BOLANI Iron Ore mines project.

While, the second order has been awarded by SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant, Durgapur, valued at Rs 14.45 crore, which includes supply of one barrel type blender reclaimer for upgradation of RMHP for Sinter Mix Yard at SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant.

The third order again, has been placed by SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant, Durgapur, for supply of two pusher cars for wagon tipplers 1 and 2 of RMHP for 3.0 metric ton expansion project at SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant. The value of the contract stands at Rs 21.78 crore.
