CAT’s digital format leaves students high and dry
The first ever computer-based Common Admission Test grappled with some technical glitches at many centers, leaving aspirants high and dry.
Both administrators and invigilators remained fail to grasp the actual problem at the test centers.
Many centers in different cities reported the similar problem and the students did not get any official information regarding cancellation of exam.
Aspirants at some centers witnessed slow computer problem while some students had to abandon their exam due to login problem. However, they have a reason to cheer as authorities have announced second option for students who missed the chance in the first attempt due to technical snag.
As per media reports, the servers were overloaded and became much slow at various locations across the country.
