Aurobindo Pharma gets USFDA nod for Fluconazole drug
Drug manufacturer, Aurobindo Pharma has made announcement that the company has got final sanction from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to sell Fluconazole drug, in the strengths of 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg respectively.
Fluconazole drug is indicated to be used in the treatment of superficial and systemic fungal infections.
Recently, Aurobindo Pharma has got US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) nod to sell Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets of 10 mg and 5 mg.
Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride tablets are used to cure pain, stiffness, and sleep problems that occur with fibromyalgia.
Stock of Aurobindo Pharma ended the day at Rs 195, plunged 7.6% on National Stock Exchange (NSE). The total volume of shares traded was 294,615 at the NSE.
