Asus launches F83S laptop in India
After introducing its F83S laptop in the British market, Asus has unveiled model in the Indian market as well. The company will soon make it available in the global market by ending people’s wait for Asus’ Eee keyboard.
The Windows Vista Home Premium laptop, equipped with ATI Radeon HD4570 graphics chipset, would cost around Rs. 60,340 in India. The major attractions of the laptop are Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a smooth satin brushed aluminium exterior, and 14-inch LCD display with 1366×768 pixel resolution, and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics with 512MB video memory.
Storage would be no issue as the Asus F83S laptop is equipped with 500GB HDD 5400RPM besides the highly-efficient 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 CPU and 4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM. The laptop, designed using anti shock technology, also has other features such as 8x DVD Super Multi drive, built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam, three USB 2.0 port, ExpressCard Slot, and HDMI out port.
Connectivity problems have been solved with the use of integrated WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, and Express Card Slot in Asus F83S, weighing 2.40 kg.
